Financial Information

Financial information is available upon request to HOA members and is always available at the HOA meetings.

On-line payments now available:

HOA dues are $140 per year and can be paid annually, bi-annually, or quarterly. You are responsible to pay for the dues yourself. If you would like to receive your invoice via an email with a link to pay dues by credit card or bank account, please send your email address to us at hubhallheightshoa@gmail.com. Our fiscal year is February 1st to January 31st and if dues are raised at the Annual Meeting, you will be responsible to pay any differences starting with the new fiscal year.
